The deluxe residential building not far from the Bolshoi Theater has retained its historic facade with female herms and vines left over from the famous Leuve wine shop that was located in the building in the early 20th century. Wide oak windows made according to a unique technology with hand-formed mezzanine parts give the building monumentality and status.
