The residential complex is a collection of 7 mansions in the heart of Moscow, combining historical and modern archi tecture: three 19th-century mansions with authentic facades and arched windows and four new buildings with ceilings up to 6.1 m. The windows of the buildings are made of precious wood with brass elements: in the historical buildings - arched, in the new ones - panoramic.
